My style is warm, empathic, and thoughtful while also being active, pragmatic, and concrete. I provide a safe environment for clients to engage in deep reflection and develop and implement the necessary tools to create the change they desire. I do this by taking a collaborative and client-centered approach allowing clients to guide the direction and depth of the work. I am attuned to the needs of the client to determine the best treatment approach and draw from various modalities (somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic, attachment-based, Emotion-Focused Therapy, compassion-focused, transpersonal, nature therapy, art-based, and behavioral therapies) to help clients reach their goals. I value clients’ perspectives and facilitate greater insight into their experiences through curiosity and inquiry while maintaining a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach. I also highlight the client’s strengths and empower them to discover and develop the skills they need to optimize their well-being.

Mind-Body-Spirit

The mind-body-spirit connection is at the heart of living authentically. When the mind-body-spirit is supported through mindfulness, creative self-expression, and spiritual practices, we can connect with ourselves on a deeper and more embodied level. This self-awareness allows us to access our true selves, shedding more light on who we are, what we value, and how we want to live. With this foundational knowledge, we can improve our relationship with ourselves, cultivate intentional and meaningful relationships with others, and expand our understanding of our connection to the world. We are then empowered to create a life that is aligned with our mission.
