I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of San Francisco and my master’s and doctorate in clinical psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. I have gained clinical experience at various community mental health organizations, schools, UCSF Children’s Hospital, and a group psychotherapy practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 2020 I have been in private practice in Nevada County and across the state of California.
I have worked with culturally diverse populations in urban, suburban, and rural communities across the lifespan in various settings (nature therapy, home-based services, and clinical settings). My work with individuals, families, couples, and systems has given me a breath of clinical exposure.
I am a dancer, yogi, snowboarder, skier, mountain biker, and a lover of nature and the arts. For the last seventeen years, I have been studying and practicing meditation, mindfulness, and spirituality. These experiences have helped hone my clinical interests and skills in somatic therapy, nature therapy, creative self-expression, and contemplative and spiritual approaches that are strength-based and view the individual from a bio-psycho-social-spiritual lens.
